May 24th in Stockholm. Do Man United get into the Champions League through the backdoor? Or will Mourinho be outcoached by Peter Bosz?

I think probably Man United, they're defensively a bit more stable, although they are missing Bailly in defence, but Mourinho will have them well drilled for this match. Ajax best bet I think is to really go at United for the first 15 minutes, see if they can rock them and nick an early goal, really gamble and don't give the midfield a second on the ball, I don't think Man United cope well with that.

If United win, it'll be because it was a tedious game.
Mourinho might come to regret putting all his eggs in one basket. I don't think he even realises it's a cup final. He sees it more as a Champions League qualifier.

I think Ajax has a reasonable chance of winning. It's a young team full of great talents and it's been a while since they've won a big tournament. If they win and if most of the players stay with Ajax for at least one more year, it could be an opportunity for Ajax to finally return as a top player in European football.

With the money United have spent they're an absolute joke if they don't win this season's Europa League; it's the worst it's ever been in terms of competition.
And given United have spent more on transfers in the last 3 seasons than Ajax have spent since World War II the final should be a stroll.

There'll be a minutes silence, right?
I wonder how recent events will affect the players psychology.

Since the 0 - 1 Ajax plays much better than United, but that doesn't matter if they don't score a goal.

5 teams in the CL next season, the PL one again shows its dominance.

Surprised how easy this is for Utd. Why? Ajax are Ligue 1 team level, they'd be a decent team in that league probably.

Haven't seen a European night this comfortable for one side since we played Bayern away a few months ago.

Comfortable win for United, I don't think they were particularly great, but as I said pre-match, they would be well drilled and defensively solid.
I see Rooney already has the captain's armband on, after being on the field for about 90 seconds and not touching the ball. So I guess he is going to lift the trophy?
