They’re telling me that I’m not allowed to be emotional and that having emotions is why they don’t like me. Apparently I’m not allowed to be human.

I'd recommend not using these sites for that kind of emotional support, Mon. You don't know who people really are and they don't know you. Get the support you need from real life, use these boards for lulz.

No. They know you have some emotional problems, but you are a whole person on the other side of the screen that they don't know. Do not give them any power, everyone thinks they are Dr. Phil online and are twice as obnoxious. Tell them to kiss your ass and delete. That ends the problem. You don't need anyone on these boards to validate you, remember that. |

No one can save me I’m a mess 1 stop drinking 2 stop any other substances 3 don't go out except to 4 hang out with your boring friends 5 make your job/education your priority 6 make helping other people your second priority 7 quit being self destructive (you know better than I what those behaviors are) that'd be a start. Social media is toxic. you know that better than I good luck . I think you have potential but it would require changing many things in your life.
