Hello Marauders, Enjoy my hard work if you want: THE MAD MAX TIMELINEmadmaxtimeline.blogspot.com/The original trilogy: "Mad Max" (1979), "Mad Max 2" (1981) aka "The Road Warrior" and "Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome" (1985). Of course, "Mad Max: Fury Road" (2015) is an alternate universe, so there's a standalone timeline only for it. I think you will enjoy my timelines and articles, because they truly explain a lot about the two 'Maxes' and their worlds. Thank you and... have a nice read!

Probably Fury Road, though they’re all good to some degree.

Probably Fury Road, though they’re all good to some degree. You think Tom Hardy was a better Mad Max?

I picked The Road Warrior but Fury Road is very close. I had to do some deep thinking to just name one.

Probably Fury Road, though they’re all good to some degree. You think Tom Hardy was a better Mad Max? No, not even close imo. I still like Hardy, but he was never truly leaned-on as the protagonist. If he keeps the role in later movies he could be better, but we’ll see if that even happens. Gibson is an underrated actor in many ways if you ask me, and the cool factor he brought to the character of Mad Max was awesome.

Fury Road.
Bear in mind I didn't grow up with these movies. I saw Mad Max in high school and was bored to tears by it and I'm still bored to tears by it. I saw Road Warrior after I fell in love with Fury Road, it's great but I saw it too late for it to make a real impact. I still haven't watched Beyond Thunderdome all the way through.

There's nothing more boring than watching Tom Hardy play Charlize Theron's deaf and dumb sidekick for two hours yeah the vehicle stunts were good but I kinda need memorable characters too. If you have ADHD that's your problem not Gibson's.

I like them all, but Road Warrior is the best, followed closely by Fury Road.

Road Warrior. I've always been mystified by the love for Fury Road, I thought that movie was terrible.

Never saw Fury Road, but Road Warrior is my pick. There are parts of Mad Max i enjoy but overall it’s not the great film Road Warrior is.
