So for a moment, imagine that Max & company went captured by Aunty Entity and the Imperial Guards at the end of the chase scene.
I think this:
Master/Little Man - brought safely to Bartertown, in order to restart it. Treated fine.
Mad Max - killed in the Wasteland.
Savannah Nix - killed in the Wasteland.
Pig Killer - killed in the Wasteland.
Jedediah and Jedediah Jr. - released. They had been coerced by Max.
Tubba Tintye - captured. Turned into a slave for Underworld.
Cusha - captured. They would have let her give birth to her child. Then, turned into a slave for Underworld.
Scrooloose - captured. Turned into a slave for Underworld.
Anna Goanna - captured. Turned into a slave, but working for Bartertown. Used in the city, not underneath.
Mr. Skyfish - captured. Turned into a slave, but working for Bartertown. Used in the city, not underneath.
Eddie - captured. Turned into a slave, but working for Bartertown. Used in the city, not underneath.
Cusha's child - adopted by someone in Bartertown.
I guess that if Mr. Skyfish and Eddie do well, they will be trained to become Imperial Guards. And even Scrooloose and Tubba could be rehabilitated, especially the former one.

Auntie Entity could have killed Max after the rest had escaped but let him live. So that invalidates everything else on your list.

Do you think they had anything capable of flying stored away in Bartertown? Could they have found the children in the city?

No. She didn't kill him because she had a newfound respect for him, after he faced the WHOLE army of Junkmobiles alone. At that point, she thought to spare him just because he proved to be a hero.

No. Few Junkmobiles survived the massive car crash. They returned to Bartertown. Also, Aunty and the Guards had no clue that the Transaviar was travelling towards Sydney.
