He is shortish, blonde, chubby guy with nice hair that is combed back. American, though I thought he was British, or reminds me of British actors/celebs. He's in modern films, thought I barely remember if I saw anything he was in, maybe a gangster film. May have played some low-key bad guy in some ensamble comedy.

Do you remember any movies that this person was cast in, by chance? No, but he is definitely late 30-40's, some light blonde facial hair. His hair is a little longish in the back. Some bad guy in a movie like Rough Night (2017), or something like that movie.
