I think Brooklyn would be a good choice.

I live in Louisville and I'm not sure if we could even support an NBA team.

I live in Louisville and I'm not sure if we could even support an NBA team. Well, that's disappointing!

KC, please! The Chiefs AND Royals are finally good(ish), give us a third! I've come to love the NBA, so a hometown team would be amazing.

Seattle had their team jacked. Give it to them.
KC is another good pick, they support their Royals and Chiefs, theyd be okay too, usually, if a team is accepted, it be two teams actually, one for the west one for the east. Also, it would give another 24-26 players into the NBA.
Seattle must have first dibs. (Werent they promised first dibs if it happened?)
I'd say KC is a great 2nd choice. Put Seattle in the West, KC in the east.

None of the above. In fact, there should probably be at least 4 less NBA teams.

Give Sacramento's franchise away to Seattle.

I know this could never happen, but it would probably be the best thing for the league:
1) Combine the Lakers and the Clippers. There was never a need for two teams in Los Angeles, and everyone will remember this as soon as the Clippers become a lottery team again, which could happen as soon as next season. 2) Move the Kings to Seattle. 3) Eliminate the Nets and the Magic. Clearly, nobody cares about either team.

New York City. Believe it or not, this kids game was the best basketball any of us have seen played at the Garden in over fifteen years. At least that kid wearing number 18 was playing some defense. We haven't seen that in years and years.

An NBA team returning to Seattle would almost double the African American population of the entire state. Bunch of white folks up in there.
