Since all the people whom she wanted to P.O. are no longer posting (or at least not posting as frequently as they used to), she doesn't do so anymore. The exact same thing happened on the Catholic message forum on Yahoo.com many, many, years ago. A poster that frequented to forum just to post anti-catholic rants (even made numerous sock IDs in order to get past all our 'ignore' button) left when all the devout Catholics no longer posted; only people with the same views as her did. But, she lost all interest.

So I don't think she was merely an anti-Papist.  But I'll admit she was strident in her atheism, more so than I of course.
I've also seen some of the Catholics here do some rather strong attacks on the Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons. So there's enough intolerance to go around.
And it's not only the Catholics and other Christians who have left. Quite a few atheists have disappeared as well.

I never said that Goz is "merely an anti-Papist." I know it's not just Catholicism that rattles her. She is anti-christian in general. Yes, quite a few of the atheists left. They were here to attack Christian & other religious belief. Once we all gave up on this joint, they left. And yes, even we Catholics, Mormons, etc., attacked one another here too. The problem was is this: There is only one message forum on IMDB for religion, & there are THOUSANDS of religions in the world. So all of us here are stuck together to discuss our views on religion, faith, etc. We are all here on this forum like sardines in the same tin.

If I post the testimonies of children molested by priests, does that make the entire Catholic Church evil?

I love to explore theology as a form of philosophy. I don't dismiss Catholic theology any more than I dismiss Buddhist theology or Platonic philosophy merely because it includes a deity.
Sex scandals don't interest me that much. Every organization, religious or not, has them. They don't by themselves discredit the theology.
I'm very suspicious of atheists who hate religion because they had a bad experience with any church. That's anecdotal and irrelevant. The priest was mean to me when I was a child so I hate the Catholic Church! That's not a rational reason to be an atheist.

And men can't be raped, not by women at least. (Of course it's possible. But it's unlikely and rare and not really an issue). When males are raped they're raped by men. Men are the animals in that regard.
