I thought the premise was kinda silly (is he really in a phone booth the whole time?), but I've heard good things about it (apparently it was Schumacher's combeback film after Batman and Robin)

Except for about two scenes at the beginning and end, he's really in a phone booth the whole time.
It's an okay movie. Kind of a precursor to Saw, without the torture (I guess Kiefer was saving that for 24). Colin Farrell is good in it.

Yes, it is good.
It uses a lot of split screens though.
It was Schumacher's comeback movie in the mainstream, but he had made the independent movie Tigerland a couple year before. That has good reviews as well and also stars Colin Farrell.
8MM is actually my favorite of his films, but that movie is a lot more divisive. That was the movie he directed right after Batman & Robin.

I think it’s very good. Just rewatched it recently, still very entertaining.

I like it. I was excited to see it for the combination of Larry Cohen scripting for director Joel Schumcher.

I watched it not too long ago for the first time and liked it. It’s a fun ride and definitely one of the better movies with a Hitchcockian premise that isn’t directed by Hitchcock.

Yes, I quite enjoyed it. Despite the singular phone booth setting it keeps you at the edge of your seat.

I love Phone Booth, it's silly but who cares? It's a fun, enjoyable thriller with a good performance by Colin Farrell. On a side note this movie has a Mandella Effect with me, when the movie was in early production and Jim Carrey was attached to star in it, I remember showing up to a movie early and watching one of those trivia and ad reels that used to play for twenty minutes before the trailers started and recall seeing a coming soon ad for Phone Booth with a publicity photo of Jim Carrey inside a phone booth. It absolutely did not look like it was a still from the filming of the movie, but more like concept art. I've searched google over the years and have never seen any evidence of it existing.

I thought it was silly. I can't say I've ever been compelled to pick up a ringing phone in a phone booth.
