Aged 68, having recently undergone surgery. So many recordings to choose from. I thought the work with Grace Jones was particularly good but I've gone for the title track of Jagger's solo album, boasting the drum and bass combo of Sly and Robbie.

Sad to hear of Robbie Shakespeare's passing.
Robbie's teaming up with Sly Dunbar was incredibly fortuitous. Together they creeated their own rhythm, rockers sound, that helped propel reggae music musically. For two years they were at the very top, terrifying other musicians until they managed to learn and replicate their sound. Then they started producing, that also changed the way bands recorded, as they brought their musical knowledge and know-how to production. It was a subtle but effective approach, that upended the traditional role of the producer, and led them to produce for many all over the world.
Thank you!
RIP

The duo briefly appear in Grace Jones’ Bloodlight and Bali documentary and it was great to see all three chilling out and creating music. I wish I could find the clip.
Keep chillin’ Robbie.
