You only start off with 10 tokens. You have to be careful with these emojis. Some come across as threats, others could be seen as sexual harassment. Secret Santa is dangerous in 2021.

After sending out a few, I noticed that one of the emojis was a kiwi; given my name, I thought that was the one to go with.

What if you don't get anything for someone who got you something? Think of how devastated they'll be on Christmas morning when they realize you couldn't spare them an emoji!

They're in your profile - if you hover the cursor over them, it'll note that you can't open them until Christmas Day. I assume that at that time you might find out who they're from, but who knows?

You will see a button labeled 'Rudolph's Presents'. A box will open with a bunch of possible presents. Select one you think Catman would appreciate. Click on 'Send Present'. Happy Catman!
