Well, Matt and Bryan get votes by default. Not that they don't deserve them (they're the best) but they could pretty much do nothing and get my vote, but they gave enjoyable performances, this was particularly a good year for Bryan. With my last vote, I'm going to give some love to James Reynolds who had a lot to play this year.
Okay, I actually didn’t vote for Matthew Ashford or Bryan Dattilo this year because I truly feel that their characters were so sidelined without leading ladies. They both had their moments this year but nothing great.
I chose Lucas Adams, Brandon Beemer and Dan Feuerriegel.
I chose Lucas because he seems to really be coming up with the show and I think he can tackle some tough issues if they give him the right material.
I voted for Brandon Beemer because he was so criticized for taking the role from the more likable Jason Cooks. Brandon has really grown into the role of Shawn and owns it now.
Dan should truly move into lead actor category next year. His scenes are really good. He doesn’t have the chemistry with Alison Sweeney but he’s great with Arianne Zucker. They should be the next Days super couple.
Huh, interesting. I think Dan Feurriegel is terrible. I've never been into E.J., but at least James Scott brought some charm and charisma. Dan's E.J. is just as awful as James' was, minus anything that makes him remotely compelling. At least that's my take.
