Who would be the villain(s) though? If it's not any that got cured and it's not any from the Garfield or Holland universe who's up next? Perhaps the Smythes and their Spider-Slayers. Or another mad scientist like Jackal;lead up to the Clone Saga? Or the Chameleon. Maybe Hob-Goblin. Or a mobster such as Tombstone or Silvermane.

I’d be perfectly fine with the Ramiverse having its own version(s) of Lizard, Electro, Mysterio or Vulture. But it might be a hard sell to redo those villains so soon.

Spider-Man 3 more or less worked as a conclusion. The only thing that was really left unresolved was that Dr. Connors never became the Lizard.

I’d be perfectly fine with the Ramiverse having its own version(s) of Lizard, Electro, Mysterio or Vulture. But it might be a hard sell to redo those villains so soon. It’d be kind of neat to see Dylan Baker finally transform into the Lizard. |

Well that was short-lived. From Raimi himself:
“… I currently don't have any plans to make Spider-Man 4. And they're so successful with the new Spider-Man series that I don't know if that's gonna happen or not. I haven't pursued that.”

I'd love a Spider-Man 4. I'd like to see what other heroes exist in this universe. As for villains I'd want to see the Scorpion since he hasn't been used yet.
I'd also like an Amazing Spider-Man 3. I'd like to see them do the symbiote in that universe since apparently that version of Spider-Man has gone a bit dark.

The MCU is now the RCU- The Raimi Cinematic Universe.
