I’m assuming that seeing proper MCU versions of the villains in NWH is out of the question, especially since Oscorp apparently doesn’t exist in the MCU, and Sony is making their own Kraven movie, so that might rule him out as well. What does that leave? The mid-credits scene in NWH did tease the Venom symbiote, but would that mean we’d get another Eddie Brock, or would they go with Agent Venom?
Maybe Kingpin can be the villain of the next movie?

Anything but multiverses or time travel hopefully. Bring Spidey back to the street where he belongs.

Oscorp not existing in Holland's films makes them rather stale. And the fact that the previous Spider-Men have to be solo superheroes without an Avengers on their own worlds makes it strangely sad.

Can the MCU include Black Cat? Maybe the Maggia could make an appearance.

I wouldn't mind seeing Venom done right. Maybe combine the plot with Secret Wars somehow and have a mix of other Heroes and Villains.

Using Kraven as the villain was their backup plan if they couldn’t get the multiverse done. So they should just go with that.
I’d also love to see a team up movie with Human Torch.

Vincent D'Onofrio wants to reprise his role as Kingpin.

Something to do with his parents. That could be interesting, especially if they retcon his parents into some SHIELD espionage stuff, or show they have some relationship with pre-freeze Captain America and Howard Stark, or something to that effect.

The whole thing about Peter’s parents being SHIELD agents was always a dumb idea. Besides, the Marc Webb movies already made a big deal over his parents, or more specifically, his father.

How about Spider-Gwen? Or Miles? They could introduce them using the multiverse, or preferably, without it to avoid ripping off the animated movie. Maybe Peter meets them both in college and somehow they get his powers.

Were his parents actually SHIELD agents in the comics? I just remember something super vaguely about his parents maybe being spies or double-agents or something from the 90's cartoon. If that's true then I'm putting it in my hall of fame of lucky guesses.

I brought this up in a different thread elsewhere but I suppose it might actually happen.

The more I think about it, I actually kind of think they shouldn’t make anymore Spider-Man movies in the MCU. NWH feels like a fitting way to cap off Tom Holland’s time as the character, and Holland apparently isn’t even sure if he’ll come back.

I don't think they need anymore Spiderman movies, but they could use him outside of movies in his own franchise to help prop up the new Avengers or whatever team-up fills the void. I think he'll be like Iron Man doing more in the team-up movies than he accomplished in his own franchise that was practically over by the beginning of phase 2.
That said, I felt this way awhile ago. I've seen NWH since and it really does feel like a fitting end. But you never know. You never know.

There's still more billions to be made from more solo Spider-Man films he isn't going anywhere. NWH feeling like the end and actually being the end are two completely different things.

I actually agree with you, but I also don't care about how much more money they could make. I'm not a shareholder. I'm just an innocent fan. I don't give a shit if they make or lose money.

We (Disney and I) both know what we're in it for.
