Iβd like to know why he was in Bloodrayne. Never heard of or saw it ... do you have a specific objection to him being in it ?
Maybe his reason was similar to this ? "When asked in a 2007 interview with Time Magazine why an actor of his career and reputation would accept a role in this movie, Sir Ben Kingsley answered: 'To be honest, I have always wanted to play a vampire, with the teeth and the long black cape. Let's say that my motives were somewhat immature for doing it.'"

Damn. It's only January and it's been a brutal month in celebrity deaths.
I listened to one or two of his songs before and enjoyed his performance in Fight Club. Rest in peace.

Kingsley could have waited for a better vampire movie. He should have done some research on Uwe Boll before he took the role.

RIP. I remember seeing midnight shows of Rocky Horror back in the early to mid 80s, and they always played the concert videos of his three hits from "Bat Out of Hell" before the movie started. I'm guessing the three hits were the two super big ones of "Paradise" and "2 out of 3", for sure, and the third being "All Revved Up". If I'm wrong about the third, well, two out of three ain't bad. Heaven Can Wait?
