The Lobster for Colin Farrell. While I remember seeing him in Minority report, Phone Booth and some of the movies he made a bit after, I had brushed him off as an average actor doing average stuff and I lost interest for him. Fast forward to 2015, I took a chance on the Lobster and was really surprised at his choice to play in that considering his work a decade earlier. So it wasn't the movie that made me discover him but it gave me an interest in following what he is doing from that point on. And I would second @jakesully post for Tom Hardy in Bronson.
