Since my rival is doing Redford, and I expect he'll go in pairs like I do, and do Newman, too, I'll pair up the late Roger and Sean, a fitting combo.
As usual, pick your 8 best or favorite films. I include, as always, cameos, shorts, whenever possible, for variety, to get a good cross section, and try to get many of the earliest and latest of his career.

Top 5
1. The Hill 2. The Man Who Would Be King 3. The Offence 4. The Untouchables 5. A Bridge Too Far
Where is The Rock and Finding Forrester? You should have listed these instead of some of that pre-Dr. No crap.

Dr. No From Russia With Love-my number one favorite Bond film Goldfinger Thunderball You Only Live Twice Darby O'Gill and the Little People-young and handsome in this Disney movie Robin and Marian-two legends in one film Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade-the chemistry between Connery and Ford was great to watch

Instant picks were...
The Hill The Man Who Would Be King Time Bandits The Untouchables
No room for The Rock, but space for obscure/very minor roles?

For good roles in good films, I am going with: The Offense Marnie
I was going to mention Zardoz but wmcclain beat me to it. It is a bloody awful film and I have only watched it once (when it was released), but it somehow pops into my mind whenever Connery is mentioned. That head must have a certain mythic quality.

I don't hate Marnie, but Hitchcock's output after The Birds wasn't exactly stellar.
