In Superman, the movie (1978) there was a scene where Superman turned back time. If he could do that I don't think he would have much trouble with the Hulk.

It'd be close. The Hulk just gets stronger the more someone fights him, so even if Superman had an edge over him at the beginning of the fight, it'd soon fade. And I don't think Supes's heat vision or ice breath would have much effect other than pissing him off more. Regardless of who wins or loses, the city they're in loses.

Superman easily...and that's why he is probably one of the dullest of all comic book heroes...virtually invincible. Except for kryptonite..yaaawwwwwn.
