I've been watching the wrestler Jay Lethal since he joined All Elite Wrestling. I believe he was a champion wrestler at Ring Of Honor with a long reign (they mentioned this on commentary). I really enjoy his matches and enjoyed seeing him in the ring with Jon Moxley.
Clash Of Champions : Jay Lethal Vs Jon Moxley
Now that Wheeler Yuta has told Chuck Taylor he doesn't like Trent Beretta, he's out on his own. It's no secret he's being targeted by dirtball Lord William Regal, so the Englishman gave orders to Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley to teach him a hard lesson.
Endurance Show : Bryan Danielson Vs Wheeler Yuta
Blood Feud : Jon Moxley Vs Wheeler Yuta
These matches, I enjoyed greatly this week. Also, the tag team clash that had been brewing between FTR and the Gunn Club. Like Wheeler Yuta, the Gunn Club are looking sharp.

He keeps winning regular matches since joining AEW but not quite getting the pin when it matters. I hope a statement win is on the horizon. He has some exciting moves, colourful in-ring gear, a ton of charisma and he's got something on the mic too; perhaps not a natural talker like CM Punk, but I think he just has a ton of character which shines through.
According to reports I've read this week, WWE do have one eye on Jay Lethal, so AEW seriously need to convince him it's the place to be.

I enjoyed him since I first started watching TNA back in 2007. His second ROH Television and first ROH World Title run was fantastic.

He's just turned heel in AEW and been joined by Sonjay Dutt and Satnam Singh in his vendetta against Samoa Joe. Hopefully this shift in character can be the boost he needs to start nailing some big victories.

I watched him when he first broke in at the Jersey All Pro shows in 2002. I remember his parents and his sisters would come to all the shows and cheer him on. Very nice people.

I really haven’t seen him in close to 15 years but that is good he is thought of so highly

Yes, decorated tag team FTR seem to think the same, and Jim Cornette has said repeatedly on his podcast lately (when addressing All Elite Wrestling) that FTR are hands down the best tag team wrestlers in the world today.
In fact, FTR are currently feuding with Jay Lethal's faction because they don't like his attitude, or him calling out the Cleveland Destroyer, Wardlow. Despite this, Dax Harwood begrudgingly admitted on television the other day that Lethal has been rated one of the world's very best technical wrestlers (Cash Wheeler grimmaced but you could tell they both fear being on the receiving end of a Double Lethal Injection).

Jay Lethal wasn't phased by threats from FTR to dismantle him and his friends inside the ring. He stepped up to the plate in Cleveland, Ohio - home of Wardlow - to face Dax 'The Axe' Harwood in a fight Jim Ross described as one for the purists.
