We crush the Nets without Jo-Jo and The Beard - Nets played Ben, KD, Kyrie 127 - 108 Maxey with 20 in only 14 minutes of play Ben's stat line - 6 points 4 rebounds 5 assists - 19 minutes of play Dude it's preseason. Guys are literally just going through the motions out there. Did the Nets superstars play 40+ minutes? Give it a rest. Na, let him get excited. That makes the ending all the better. I could still watch the live reactions of Falcon and Seahawk fans as the bitterness of defeat washes over their smug faces.

So I've heard Draymond isn't fond of Poole.
The Warriors are considering discipline for Draymond Green after his involvement in a fight with teammate Jordan Poole, The Athletic's Shams Charania reports.
Per the report, a "heated interaction" escalated at Warriors practice on Wednesday when Green "forcefully struck Poole." Prior to Green striking Poole, the two players went chest-to-chest while pushing and shoving each other, according to the report.
The Warriors ended practice after the altercation and are leaning toward disciplining Green for the escalation, according to the report. It's not clear what type of discipline Green might face. There was no report of either player sustaining an injury in the altercation.

Dray is not getting extended and will be getting less money than Poole next year.

This is really interesting in the fact this is the 2nd time (which I can recall) that this is happening with Draymond.
1st KD and now Poole.
Dray is that 3rd member of the trio who is the low man on the totem pole and he's insecure about it.
I get he's a very very good player. But to me he's Ben Simmons light and they should have went all out to get Ben when they had the opportunity. He's made a name for himself for the most part by running his mouth and riding Steph and Klay's coattails.
Cowherd made a great point. Dray is a perfect fit for the Warriors. What is Draymond Green on the Orlando Magic? Is he an All-Star? I don't think so.

Poole was all about the money bag when they won the title. He was even trying to get Wiggins excited about it. He's been taunting D over it since.
All Dray did was scream in KD's face "If you want to leave, then leave," that they didn't need him, won before him, and would win after him.
This time he did get Poole with a punch, but no one left practice and everyone settled down.
I'm not biased, though. But I'd have kept Young Glove and let Poole walk.

Rockets are looking forward to Tari Eason and of course 3rd overall pick Jabari Smith Jr.I hope they don't try to tank all season long for getting better draft picks. But most people are saying Rockets will tank again and win around 27 games.

But most people are saying Rockets will tank again and win around 27 games. I don't have the slightest idea what they're doing with Eric Gordon He's going to be 34 in December. Numerous teams (including us) wanted him during the offseason. Rockets were holding out for a 1st Round Pick. They could have had 'Tisse from us (rumors about a 3 way trade with the Blazers to make salaries match) - one of the best young defenders in the game. This just dropped today per Kelly Ilko of The Athletic - 'Rockets G Eric Gordon has left Landmark Sports Agency and is now represented by CAA, sources tell TheAthletic.'
So people are now speculating his new representation may push for a trade before the season begins Would love to add him, Clarkson, Crowder or Conley Jr. for the right price - I feel like Morey has one more move up his sleeve before the season begins. ** Edit - And I completely get you need good locker room vets around to teach all the young kids - but they're really not going anywhere this year - why not get some valuable assets for him while you can right now

In Bill Simmons’ podcast, he ranked Wembanyama ahead of LeBron in terms of the best prospects he’s ever seen. Said he could reach Wilt/Kareem levels without hyperbole. Also suggested that, at worst, a healthy Wembanyama is still going to be one of the best players in the league.
Looks like this season could be a race to the bottom for most teams.

LeBron was playing against local high schoolers, Wembanyama is getting quality reps against pros. Tim Duncan will probably be at the lottery to claim the win for the Spurs.

The 1st thing that popped out to me about Wemba in that clip above -
Maybe I'm off
I can't recall any off the top of my head
But guys that big - they typically don't have any hops
Check out when he shoots a 3. He literally gets air and gets off the ground like a shooting guard.
Typically with guys that big launching from beyond the arc - they're catch and shoot shooters - flat footed/stand still shooters like they're in concrete ....
