Roy and Joey Turner. I love that scene where the son is plotting revenge on his Dad while he's on the mound - pounding the ball into his glove and the wheels are in motion in his head........
2 minute mark -

Cricket has had a LOT of father/son duos.
Current ones include :
Geoff Marsh is the father of Shaun and Mitchell Marsh. (Aus) David Bairstow is the father of Johnny Bairstow (Eng) Chris Broad is the father of Stuart Broad (Eng) Rod Latham is the father of Tom Latham (NZ)

In AFL father/ sons are countless. Most famous early one was Ron Barassi Sr (WWII casualty who played in 3 premierships for Melbourne) and Ron Barassi Jr (arguable GOAT who played in 6 premierships for Melbourne).
In 1949 they introduced the father/ son rule which basically meant that, regardless of zoning or draft order, if a player's father played more than 100 games for a club they had first crack at the son (unless of course the son didn't want to go there).
Being so common, examples of players declining are more note worthy. Marc Murphy for instance declined to be selected by the Brisbane Lions, the team who his father John had played 214 games for, and ended up becoming a 300 gamer for Carlton. Joe Daniher's father Anthony had played 100 games for both Sydney and Essendon and chose Essendon before leaving as soon as his first contract expired to play for Brisbane.
The most amusing one was Josh Kennedy, son of Hawthorn legend John Kennedy Jr, and grandson of arguably Hawthorn's biggest name ever John Kennedy Sr who was taken as a father/ son to continue the Kennedy dynasty but was picked only 13 times across 3 years and was then traded to Sydney where he went on to be the Swans best player when they defeated Hawthorn in the 2012 Grand Final. 3x All Australian, 3 x Swans B+F. Swans captain for 5 years. Stick that up your arse Hawthorn.

I am trying to think of a father/son duo in football (soccer) where both were successful. Pelé's father was a professional footballer, but nowhere near top level. Pelé's son tried playing professionally (as a goalkeeper no less) but barely got any playing time before giving up.
The Danish goalkeeper Schmeichel has a son who is the current goalkeeper for the Danish national team.
Johann Cruyff's son had some club success too, I think. I don't remember him playing in the Dutch national team - or would it have been for Spain?

Peter and Kasper Schmeichel - both excellent Danish keepers. Johan and Jordi Cryuff - Jordi played 9 times for the Netherlands. Wasn’t the worst. Off the top of my head: Frank Lampard Snr and Jnr Brian and Nigel Clough Harry and Jamie Redknapp Probably the best however are the 3 generations of Maldini - Cesare, Paolo and Daniel. I know Eidur Gudjohnsson played an Iceland International with his father - or he subbed in for his father. Something like that.
