isn't this the year they usually turn it around and win the World Series though? - or is that 'even # years'? i can't stand the Phils Division Rivals - But I'll tell you this - I'd rather have the Nats, Mutts, Bravos or Fish win the WS over the Giants and Cardinals - now part of me is being a scorned Phils fan - that the Cards and Giants knocked them out of the playoffs - but I can't stomach the Giants or Cards one more year in the WS which is why the Cubbies were another refreshing story last year |

good game tonight with the rocks! How do you dig up these old forgotten threads? Odd season. You have the 90+ win teams, Cleveland, Houston, Boston, Yanks, Nats, Cubs, Dodgers and D-Backs. Then every other team was "meh" to some degree or another. Three 100 win team with no 100 loss team is odd. The Giants or Tigers will end up with the worst record. G-Men were Ok, but they quit when Bumgarner got hurt and the Tiggers were a fire sale team. Seen worse last place teams. I fucking hate the last day of the Regular season. No more afternoon games, no more flipping through the MLB At Bat, listening to four or five games while working. Winter is Coming. |
