I sort of wish he'd share his post-match bathroom experiences.
Chestnut proposed to his longtime girlfriend Neslie Ricasa just before defending his title in 2014. The couple split up in early 2015, prior to their scheduled wedding date. And the 2015 contest. Coincidence?

Rumors swirling there's been some Kobayashi sightings in the United States this week and he's currently and secretly being stashed away in a NYC hotel

Two sporting events on the 4th I'd love to attend. This and the Mount Marathon race in Seward, AK. Actually, I'd rather compete in the Mount Marathon.

Believe me - I'm not knocking you or anybody who competes/exercises/is out there gettin' it
It's all about having fun and enjoying yourself - I have the utmost respect for anybody who's out there trying to better themselves physically
But a 5K?
This doesn't sound too challenging to me
I love all the Soccer Moms who brag about 5Ks
That's 3.1 miles to you and me folks

I could probably eat 7 or 8. Nathan's Hot Dogs aren't too beefy - they're skinny
They've been selling them in packs in my supermarket (only buy them for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day to barbecue because they're horrible for you health wise)

Hard to tell from the pic, does Joey eat 'em plain or with all the toppings? I imagine he could chow more down without the toppings but, well, sometimes you just got to have the mustard.

Saw an article yesterday (this clip isn't it - if you google it it pops up) - there may be no mustard this year at Coney Island -

It isn't super challenging if you're an experienced runner/hiker, but I bet you'd finish last if you finished at all. It's a 5k up and down a mountain, and the setting is half the fun. Ever been to Alaska? It's incredible up there. What I'd really love to do for a true challenge is the Badwater Ultramarathon, or even the World Marathon Challenge.

They eat the dog, then dip the bun in water and smush it into their mouths. It's pretty disgusting, but oddly fascinating to watch.

No mustard? That's rough. I can do without a lot of things but mustard? I was at a Wegman's recently and stocked up on my favorite, Weber's. It has horseradish in it. So good.

Like they're not running through vines, branches, sticker bushes, trees, treading through waist deep water?
That's cute - cute lil paved out mountain bike trail
Looks fun though - and that's what it's all about

I'm one of those people who eats a lot of things dry and don't even think about my drink when the meal comes, no matter how dry. I hate when the food comes just after they give me a cold brew. Though I'm always finished with my food way before my buddy. Not sure how I'd attack the dogs. Dipping, I guess. I could definitely do well if the food came out scalding hot, as I can eat stuff directly from the air fryer before it hits the plate.

The best part about the hot dog eating contest isn't even the hot dogs, it's the PA guy hyping up the show and the announcers treating it like it's a real sporting event. They give you these wild stats for the contestants like 'Ate 38 buckets of popcorn in ten minutes' or whatever. Only then do you realize this isn't a roadside attraction cooked up for spectacle on a holiday, competitive eating is an actual thing. I think I could hold my own in a breakfast food eating contest.

I probably think I can eat more than I can. I ate 15 chicken thighs 10 or 15 years ago. Probably would have eaten more if I cooked more.

The one my wife and I always half-joke about doing is the 'Wife Carry' contest because there's such a size disparity between us... and I also think it would be fun to watch. Although, I do kind of think it's cheap that contestants don't necessarily have to be literally married.

Have you ever heard of the Barkley Marathons? I saw some documentary on that a while back. That's some crazy shit.
