A neighbor had boxes of tapes with a FREE sign out. I took all of them. Watching the previews and ads on the videos is a fun nostalgia trip.
Anyone still use VHS from time to time?

Neighbor: What happened to my porn collection..............OH GOD!!! Still have a VCR hooked up because I spent too much over the years on VHS tapes from Suncoast and even though they Haven't held their value, the sentimental value is too much to chuck them.

I still have a VCR though I rarely ever use it and it's more likely that I would want to watch films in the highest quality I can.

I only ever use our old VCR to watch the VHS copies of the original Star Wars trilogy (non-Special Editions).

My VCR is gone and all my VHS tapes are now replaced with either DVDs or blu-rays.

Han shot first. Never forget. Han was the only one to shoot. Never forget. Speaking of, I don’t know how anyone in their right mind can watch the latest ‘MacClunkey’ edit and think, “wow, this is the best version!”

The last reliably working VHS player cannot be connected to the new tv ... can watch in starts and stops via the 2nd most reliable player on the older tv because it stops after about 15 minutes and will work again if given a rest.
Some movies are not on DVD or available on YouTube etc. but are on the VHS shelves here.

Some YouTube channels have videotaped recordings of various 80's/90's broadcast and cable television shows. That's as close as I get. I too, eschewed VHS tapes when DVDs first came along.
