The toy train still has more mass than an ant. An ant standing in the path of the train won't derail it. The fact that it got derailed, heck the fact that it stopped dead in its tracks means it hit something with a lot more mass than it has. And YJ wasn't exactly punching it either, he just stood there. See, this is what I'm hearing from you. DCEU movie breaks the laws of physics - you say it was a flaw and a mistake. MCU breaks the laws of physics - you say the character was meant to break/bend the laws of physics. You'd have to be trolling to not see how blatant your double standards are. Are you still not getting that it's not about the physics? There is no double standard going on here.
Alright let me be clear. I don't consider anything to be wrong with the Ant Man scenes you're referring to. You can try and break down Ant Man physics all you like. The Lois scene visibly makes no sense as you're watching it. And she has no ability to manipulate physics. It's an apples to mushrooms comparison.
What's next?
See? I knew you were going to ignore the train feat again. Just admit it, you actually have no answer to the inconsistencies in Antman, so you brush them aside like they're unimportant, hoping that you can bluff your way out of it.

Because the train is consistent. I was trying to avoid embarrassing you for not knowing that when he dented the car, it wouldn't have mattered if the car was hitting him or he fell on the car. The total force is all that matters, not which one or even both was in motion.
All I'm saying there's nothing bad about what happened there. Remember that was the point. You can try to paint it as inconsistent all you like. Nothing was wrong with it.
I'm wondering why you're so interested in finding reasons not to like things. After all it is you who is complaining that Asguardians don't act like the Elves from LOTR in another thread.
Do you have anything else you'd like to claim is wrong in the MCU? None of this is blowing up my skirt so far.

In other words, you're trying to derail the conversation so you don't need to address the train feat. Simply saying "because it's consistent" doesn't make it consistent. Notice how you didn't even try to back up your claim that it was consistent? So I ask again, how do you explain the train getting derailed and then equating that to the fact that Antman can ride an arrow? As for me looking for negative things, you specifically asked me to list problems with the MCU. All I'm doing is responding to your request. And believe me, you're not going to embarrass me at all with that car dent thing, since you obviously have no idea how that works. Force is equal to mass multiplied by acceleration. Note that MASS is included there. For Antman to have dented the roof of the car from a fall, he would have needed to have enough mass to dent it.

Do you have anything else you would like to propose as negative about the MCU that I can comment on?
I'm still claiming everything in the MCU is good. Give me a challenge.

It's way too much like the first film, has too much action, the twins were underdeveloped, and it's not very rewatchable. It's an average movie for me.

Yeah you addressed it, by saying it was consistent. It is not consistent, as I've repeatedly proven in the past few pages. So try again. I've repeatedly proven that Antman is incredibly inconsistent. That's the only thing it's consistent on - being inconsistent.

That's the only thing it's consistent on - being inconsistent. Actually I showed it was. Also it's well presented in any case so it's no problem, which was the entire point.
Anything new to discuss? Here's an idea. Give me the top 10 things you think are wrong/done poorly/are bad in the MCU. And I suppose you might as well make it 10 new things we haven't already discussed. I know this has gotten a little pissy, but I'd honestly like to see what you come up with.

Why should I bother when it seems clear you're not interested in an honest discussion? I just finished giving you a clear flaw in Antman: that they said he maintains mass and yet has multiple scenes that contradict that - but instead of acknowledging this issue (which is clearly obvious) you choose to close your eyes and insist that it's perfectlt consistent. So I'm sure I can list down every flaw the MCU has and you'll still insist that the MCU is flawless. It's really not worth the effort talking to you if you're dead set on believing the MCU is perfect. Just look at how you defend Malekith.

You're down to trying to relate Ant Man to real world physics and claiming that's a problem. It's not, they presented the fictional physics consistently well. And we already covered Malekith. Frankly I don't see what there is to dislike, but I already presented what I find enjoyable about him.
Instead of listening to me, and at the very least expressing an understanding for why I appreciate these elements even if you disagree, you just keep expressing that you're confused why I don't accept them as bad. I don't. I'm trying to tell you why. Is it more important for you to consider a positive outlook on these things or to insist I should have a negative outlook on them?
I would genuinely love to hear a top 10 list of other problems though. It would be awesome to discuss, and I'd actually enjoy your thoughts on my responses. I find this challenging and interesting.

Age of Ultron is garbage. I literally fell asleep in the movie, all 3 times I saw it. I preferred Ant-Man. The story was solid, acting was even better. Something about RDJ fighting a James Spader robot just wasn't doing it for me for some reason.

Calling something as good as Age of Ultron garbage is just ridiculous. Try and keep your hyperbole to a minimum.

And it isn't hyperbole. What else would a Hulk and Black Widow romance be called if not garbage?

IMO a romance between Hulk and Black Widow isn't garbage. But everything else about the film was.

IMO a romance between Hulk and Black Widow isn't garbage. But everything else about the film was. Nope, lots of great stuff. Calling it garbage is just silly. It's ridiculously spoiled to call a film that good garbage. Certified fresh with an 83 audience score, huge box office, and a ton of great scenes like Hulk VS Iron man. It's an awesome film. Nothing further to discuss if you're going to claim otherwise. It's not up for debate.

The point of this place is literally only to talk and debate about movies. Some people just don't like the MCU movies. It's all personal taste.

It's all personal taste. Yeah calling it garbage is still nonsense. The only thing you can back that statement up with is the ambiguous, "it's all personal taste" type of thing.
If you have a few things you didn't love, fine, but calling it garbage is the most over the top nonsense I've ever heard.

Dude, your schlong must be so huge if you can claim the right to say any movie is amazing and "not up for debate". Kudos to you man. it seems we can agree that ant man is a modern piece of art at least. Age of utron is not good though. Any movie featuring Mark Ruffalo hooking up with someone hotter than a 4 is clearly out of touch. Rewatch, maybe twice, and come back and say with a straight face that the action was better than the first avengers, or that the story wasn't bland, and the plot more predictable than my afternoon poop.
