You can click on the ScienceAlert tweet to read the full article, but in it there are the following sentences I find troubling: Now, as I understand it, the hydrogen and oxygen components of water are closely bound together and it takes energy to break these bonds (like through electrolysis) to release the hydrogen. It doesn't work without an outside energy source, yet the guy mentioned in the article claims otherwise. Your thoughts? Explanations?
