$2 million for Judge's #62. At Rogers Centre for 3 this week... maybe someone local will win a lottery.

$2 million for Judge's #62. At Rogers Centre for 3 this week... maybe someone local will win a lottery. Someone bought 2 full LF sections of tickets for Monday's game. lols... apparently it's a known d-bag who's trending locally with the in-crowd. Jays intentionally walked him in extras, Vladdy walked it off with a liner. Magic number down to 3. I noticed they're using marked balls for Judge's AB's. So as to remove all doubt for potential windfall.

Judge 0-1 with 2 walks so far, Toronto fans sort of booed the last walk. Or maybe Yankee fans.

Yankees & Cardinals clinched division. Despite the 3rd seed, I can see the Cardinals make a good run in the playoff. Once they get past the Wild Card round, they would face either the Mets or the Braves. Both the Cardinals can beat.

With most starters pitching only 5 innings or less, "win" is becoming an insignificant stat for starters.

Richard Bleier has pitched 296 1/3 innings in 7 years. Not one balk until John Tumpane called him for 3 balks in the same at-bat yesterday.
I'm going with Bleier on this.

Jerry Blevins was in the booth filling for in for the injured Keith Hernandez and Blevins, a former pitcher, rightly called it ticky tack. Bleier had a right to be pissed.

Judge!
Stepped out after fouling off two 3-2 pitches, which he usually doesn't do. Hit just below the fans, so into the Jays bullpen.

The Maris Family has a ton of class. They were cool when the Chemical Brothers, McGwire and Sosa, were chasing Roger's Record. And being classy when Judge is taking the AL record away. Knee jerk reaction to some is "Well, he's happy it's another Yankee". But Maris didn't have warm fuzzy feelings about his Yankee days
I have Roger Maris' 1967 and 1968 baseball cards. Looking dapper in his Cardinals uniform. It was cool to look on the back and see "61" in his 1961 HR total. Not having any Babe Ruth cards, it waa unique
