Emotions were just thoughts coming in from a different angle? After all can't you quickly reduce any human emotion to a short sentence?

Emotions were just thoughts coming in from a different angle? After all can't you quickly reduce any human emotion to a short sentence? Well they are, emotions and thoughts are both created by processes in the brain, I argue that we have some control over them and can learn more control, the mechanism for them is the same though
