It'd probably go down a tad. It's likely to still rank with their best rated movies though.

Could be. Is it important? I just hope I get to enjoy another great movie franchise.
Until now the DCEU has produced three piles of poo. The fourth installment looks a lot better fron the trailers and the critics tend to underline that assessment. I will check it out for myself in two and half weeks when it opens here in The Netherlands.
Maybe the three piles start to smell a little bit of roses.

97% based off 66 reviews with the average rating being 7.7. So it seems yeah, they really do like this one. Cool!

However fresh its score is I'm just happy DC's managed to get their act together.

I don't care about the RT rating. I just want a good Wonder Woman movie.

maybe, I think the tomatometer will stay significantly over 90%.
It's a zeitgeist movie, after a decade of white sausage beefcake fests, a female superhero at last. And it seems like a good, but not great movie. Still enough for a thumbs up for the tomatometer to be certified fresh.
The movie apparently has charming leads, a good WWI setting and excellent cinematography, but it lacks well written villains (toughest thing in writing is a good villain!), big story ideas or a convincing 3rd Act to make it a bona fide film classic. Based on the reviews and the average ratings my personal net rating will likely be around 7/10 - TBD.

Every MCU fan I've talked to or seen post about it wants Wonder Woman to be good. All we want is more good comic book movies. Bizarrely, it's DC fans I've seen compalining about the positive response. "It's only because it was directd by a woman! BVS and SS deserved higher scores!"

When you look at the board you will find singular, semi-intelligent, sexist ramblings by MCU fans, such as Furious, Eloi-Stanton and/or ArchStanton et al as teh main perps - QED on the board.
All I can give you is the wise opening words of EpIII: "War! There are heroes on both sides, evil is everywhere".
awww friend, that is most bizarre indeed. Can you kindly provide one singular shred of evidence to sustain your claim...? Or else I would have to say, your fallacy is
- burden of proof - false dilemma - straw man - anecdotal - Texan sharpshooting (cherry picking) - confirmation bias
Only a Sith deals in absolutes.

In her/his defense, it didn't say if it was on-line. I too have the same experience with MCU fans off-line. Granted they would be DCEU Fans also if not for the shitty movies they Keep shitting into existence. It's only on-line i see this vile division between camps. People like good movies and don't like bad ones. Simple! MOS, BVS and SS were shit, WW seems to be good. There is no agenda IRL, put out good movies people will see them and sherish them and have fans. I'm a comic fan first so when I see people defending shity movies like they are the second coming of christ I tend to say what I think. If a bunch of fuckers think that it's okay to represent both Batman and Superman as complete morons, with shitty dialogue completely out of character then fine, just don't preach that bullshit on me or my RL comic nerd friends. MCU with all it's flaws never shitted like that on their characters, not even TDW, IM 3, not even IH. Nothing compares to the absolute disservice those movies were to the great heroes of DC. A true DC fan would never, ever accept such shitty renditions of their greatest heroes. Am I happy WW has rave reviews? Absolutely, I'm a comics fan. Will there be butthurt MCU fans on-line? Absolutely. IRL around me? Not a chance. (it will take some convincing to non comic fans to go see WW, because they were burnt 3 times already and I mean take me away of this movie kind of burnt, MCU? happy to go) So on-line is always going to be a place for numbnuts to come and be someone with an opinion, take it with a grain of salt. I'm including myself on this last statement, why I bother with this is beyond me, i'm just as stupid as them or I would be doing something else instead of writing ramblings in a fucking forum.
