Garappolo is 5th in the league in QB rating.
Niners suddenly look like serious contenders and are back in first in the NFC west.
Lance did not have the experience to be leading an NFL team right now.
The fact no one wanted Garappolo during the off season was certainly a blessing for the niners. I bet a few teams would want him now.
Honestly, I say dump Lance or make him the back up when he's healthy.

He was coming off of shoulder surgery and wouldn't be able to throw for teams until training camp and even that was iffy. Teams weren't going to give something up for a guy coming off surgery and who they figured would probably be released anyway. They'll be a market for him this off season, assuming health of course. I do agree that the Lance injury helped them for this year as the kid barely played college football and was far from pro-ready coming in.

Yeah, Lance has a great arm but was a ways away from being ready to lead an NFL team. They really pushed him out here in the Bay Area but I'm not really sure why.
