Disappointing - went to look at the line ups on the BBC and it reported the French equaliser before it had happened on the iPlayer! The UHD stream on iplayer is about 45 to 50 seconds behind the Freeview video. Disappointing.

Sorry - I hope this doesn't mean I'd reported I'd seen the equaliser on the site before my TV before you'd seen it on your TV! 😂 Actually I was only looking up the teams because I thought I'd misheard the commentator saying Australia had a Hearts defender playing but it turns out they DO have a Hearts defender playing! |

Well Australia put in the worst performance of the WC so far. That should’ve been 6-1, could’ve been 8-1.
Australia just didn’t play any football at all. Horrendously static, France barely had to defend anything in that second half at all.

I thought Australia were okay in the first half - great long range effort almost made it two nil, who knows what would have happened then. Plus that moustachioed guy headed against the post in the dying seconds of the first half, which was so close to going in at 2-2.
They were actually a lot better than Wales were in the first half the night before.
