Admin could we have the gift app again? Helps us feel Christmassy thekindercarebear I can't always tag someone on my phone. Could you please tell admin in case I didn't type it correctly?? I've decided to do something different this year. I'm going to give all my haters what they want: my absence. Thanks for being such a good member, Enigma. You've never caused any problems for me or anyone else here, but unfortunately you're in the minority. Besides, this forum served its purpose long ago and there are plenty of V2 offshoots to preserve what's left of the IMDb communities. Mission accomplished, so I'm taking my ball and going home. Hard pass. Had a party where I whipped up a batch of Stingers- now that is a Christmas cocktail! The very obscure Byrrh Cocktail (Frank Maier version) is very Christmas-y as well. Same with a Brandy Alexander. If I want something with sparkling wine, there is no alternative to the French 75. Green cocktail? Last Word.
Postscript: and what is it with those scary radioactive-looking fake Maraschino cherries in the photo? This isn't 1980, and we have access to Luxardos.
Post-postscript: does a Pink Squirrel qualify as "Christmasy"?
