- Bill Parcells - Bill Belichick - Vince Lombardi - Tom Landry - Tom Coughlin (he did beat an 18-0 undefeated team, a team that was about to be called the greatest sports team in ALL sports. And Coughlin humiliated them. 18-1  ) Now, here's the funny thing about that list: the five greatest coaches in NFL history were all NY Giant coaches! We sure know what we are doing here. Bill Walsh
Tom Landry
Bill Belichick (slightly bothered by the Cleveland tenure)
Vince Lombardi
George Halas
Paul Brown
Had to name Halas. He practically invented the game (as we know it). All modern offensive formations evolve from the "T"
Got to have some love for Jim Lee Howell, Giants coach in the 50's. Hired Lombardi as his offensive coordinator and Landry as his defensive coordinator. Good staffing!
