I used to be able to and did often but for some reason I can no longer insert pictures.
I know how but it just won't work. When I look at the BBC code it shows the link I inserted but the actual post shows nothing.
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you for any assistance.

The file must end with an extension for an image file (bmp, png, gif, jpg, and so on). Images you find via a search engine may 'work' if you make the post, but it will stop working eventually unless you find the source image, not the search engine link to the image.
Or it might be some other reason. Post an image in this thread for a better diagnostic.

I was just about to tag you over here Catman also they have to have the https in front and images from IMDb usually won't cooperate I have inserted pictures many times. I am putting everything correctly in the link. It's just not working now. Something is up. It's not something I'm doing. I'm not doing anything different than I did a hundred times before.

I'm not doing anything different.

Yes, but seeing the results of a failed attempt would help uncover the problem.

I'm still unclear what to show, it's just a blank page, doesn't show anything.

Yes, they know you already looked at it, but there might be some clue you missed -- something subtle and not at all obvious.

yep ..this has happened before and Catman, in guru mode, found the problem with typical catlike speed and agility.
