Trump is a DC fanboy. He saw the positive reviews for Wonder Woman and his mind couldnt process that. So he did what anyone would do : covfefe.

The sentence is "Despite the negative press covfefe" so it should just be "Despite the negative press coverage"
I don't know how he turned erage into fefe but I have to ask, what's so funny about this? I don't get it.
Now Sean Spicer's weird remarks are funny. He didn't say it was a secret code, that's stupid, he just said a small group of people knew what he meant, but the sentence is something he's been saying for a long time, I have no idea why Spicer didn't just say it was a typo. It's really not any more complicated than that.

As a Non American I do not dare to judge your country and the decisions made by the people of America. I hope you are as courtious when it comes to my country.
If I was an American I would be worried though. Lets just say I had more faith in all the previous presidents. But again it is not for me to judge.

The president tweeting alone at midnight, types an incoherent and incomplete sentence that stays up for hours and then is defended by Spicer... If you can't see why that's funny then you need funny lessons.

It's incoherent, and it's not even a complete sentence. Would you type out "Despite the fact that I am a moronvfefe" and then it send? Well, you would, because you are one. You took the words right out of my mouth, Mr. Ackbar! 🐙🍻🐙

But no I would not send that. I'm just saying the word itself is definitely coverage.

a small group of people know that the keys for those letters are right next to each other. The A isn't next to any of them. Did he just forget to try to type it? So he hit the letter next to the letter he meant 3 times, skipped a letter, and then go the last one right again. WOWZAS.
Here's the breakdown. He hit an E to the left of the R, and F to the left of the G. So I'd say he misaligned his hand except he hit and F to the bottom right of the first E to begin with. So his hand slipped to the bottom right and he overcorrected to the left for the second two misses?
erage fefe

It's a neofeudal shithole run by kleptocratic sociopaths. I'm embarrassed to say I live here and, if I had the resources, would expatriate to the Netherlands or Canada and immediately renounce my citizenship here. And that's not "a Trump thing," either. I would've said (and did say) the same thing when I last visited your country in 2005.

But then, maybe not: ignorance is bliss, after all, isn't it?

I know, it's so tragic to be living with the best technology and medical care. I cry every day about it.

Well as long as the medical care isnt available for everyone because they cannot afford it it is definitely not the best.

Still a minority but its an anoying quite vocal minority. I guess all countries have their pro's and cons.

I know, it's so tragic to be living with the best technology and medical care. I cry every day about it. Well as long as the medical care isnt available for everyone because they cannot afford it it is definitely not the best. Well that's another argument all together, but it's not as easy as just saying we'll pay for it, because ultimately you have to figure out a way to fund it. Some people can't afford food either, but we aren't setting up a free food program outside of some things like school lunches for kids. Also I'll just point out while the number of uninsured is accurate, it does include a lot of people who aren't concerned with purchasing it for themselves (young people) and so the number who truly need it but can't afford it is significantly lower than the total number of uninsured. I'd rather not get into the politics of this sort of thing, suffice it to say it's more complicated than just doing it. Healthcare is very affordable for even an entry level position at most companies and thus is readily available. Now my father in law is an individual contractor and yes, it's challenging for him, so I don't dismiss the potential for setting up a larger program, but it still requires a reasonable way to fund it which I'm not convinced we've done. Finally, nothing about this is embarrassing for the country. It's simply a complex decision and difficult to get right with so many moving parts.

I would clarify as the US is a top country for medical care, meaning that outside of a few specialized circumstances, nobody leaves the US for medical care, whereas they do come to the US for medical care.
I honestly haven't done any serious research on it, but I'm not sure a simple ranking really says much. It's really easy to say you're out of the top 10 and make it sound bad, but if the care is still effectively equal then the actual difference between the two is negligible, which is all that really matters.
That being said I'm always for improvement.
