Looking for any recs. I tend to resort to the same thing a lot and it gets boring and then I get a cheeseburger and regret it.
I pretty much eat anything but would prefer not to have to spend 3 hours cooking or anything.

They usually have a bunch under a lamp. I would often shave the meat off and put them in tortillas with cheese, sour cream and salsa and make kinda makeshift chicken tacos.

Looking for any recs. I tend to resort to the same thing a lot and it gets boring and then I get a cheeseburger and regret it. I pretty much eat anything but would prefer not to have to spend 3 hours cooking or anything. do you know the book Fiber Fueled? Their recepies are super healthy and Sooo delish!! I went through it several times over already. Some are more challenging to make but plenty is fairly simple, trust me - I aint no Nigela Lawson As for other recepies, I like to make quick thai salad called Som Tam. It takes under 20 minutes to prep and is healthy and tasty. You can use stevia instead of sugar You can use green papaya as the bases or any type of cabbage. I skip the shrimp and tamarind from the recipe and it still tastes awesome. www.tastythais.com/som-tam-thai-thai-papaya-salad-spicy/#somtum-recipe
