Midnight (1989) by Norman Thaddeus Vane
A god awful Elvira: Mistress of the Dark (1988) rip-off, must have been, and a horrible one at that. Had to turn it off half way, and return later on to try finish it, but yeah, I should have just ended it after the first few minutes.
2/10
The Granny (1995) by Luca Bercovici
Just caught it the other day on Youtube, and found it to be quite funny and enjoyable horror comedy, that includes a family of greedy assholes, and a not so impressed old lady, about to give her "beloved" ones, as payback before its too late.
By the same guy who did a few of the Ghoulies, and beside some ridiculous stuff going on, we end up with a few very sexy ladies, and yeah, did not expect much, but if I can find it on a reasonable DVD or Blu-ray, I might have to pick it up some time.
6/10
American Rickshaw (1989) by Sergio Martino
Not sure what this goes under, as both action, adventure, romance, erotic thriller, horror and supernatural as well, but cheesy comedy is more like it, and while the two main characters did not much for me, rather dull and unlikeable, at least Daniel Greene sure delivers as the ruthless hitman, and where Donald Pleasance puts in an unforgettable and total b-oiiinkers performance, as the main villian:
5,5/10

Something familiar about that title/image/poster: By the way, was Space Clown any good?

I guess this one, there is not really any need to ask if it was any good. The last couple of years must have really inspired tons of these low budget horror films, and where I guess you can go even cheaper within the zombie genre, by not having any attempt on doing much on the make-up department, just throw on some filthy looking facial surgical mask, and then start filming.

I had no hope for this film but I has to check it out anyway. Its beyond awful. Worse than I imagined.

Rewatched Uninvited (1988), not sure if was meant to be intentionally funny, or if just made by inept filmmakers. Either way, it's hilarious

Rewatched Uninvited (1988), not sure if was meant to be intentionally funny, or if just made by inept filmmakers. Either way, it's hilariousThat is a damn fine poster, looks like the yacht is more like Titanic, and the poisonous mutant cat, is like Catzilla. Greydon Clark had a nice way of doing these trashy yet laughable b-movies, and Uninvited is really funny, and one I get a lot of kicks out of re-watching every now and then. George Kennedy specially, puts in a great performance, and the cat "barfing" up yet another smaller cat, that is not something you see too often these days. Love the hand puppet effects as well.

If only they'd put as much effort into making this movie like they did with the poster.

If only they'd put as much effort into making this movie like they did with the poster. Gotta love the "special effects" of the boat during the dramatic end, where it looks like some toy boat, roaming around in a bathtub, all while someone is throwin a furry little doll at the remaining crew, trying to get away with the money and their lives. I wonder if the mutant-poisonous cat thing, was inspired by Company of Werewolves (1984), in which a wolf came out of the mouth of a human:

I wonder if the mutant-poisonous cat thing, was inspired by Company of Werewolves (1984), in which a wolf came out of the mouth of a human: I read that they were inspired by the alien in Alien, which makes perfect sense. It sure doesn't in this movie though. I also read that they ran out of money near the end of filming, which would account for the bath toy sequence and that less-than-amazing killer cat stuff.
