 Yes, as human beings they have a right to be treated as such. That does not mean that the Catholic Church condones homosexual acts.

No. Just because somebody disagrees with something, does not make them hateful.

I was responding to a certain "catholic," who doesn't seem to realize that the OP's topic is far more inline with Catholic doctrine than his own views are.

Since you posted the video without any words of disapproval, it's reasonable to infer that you endorse the message.
But, if you don't like its content, you can always say so.

No he doesn't. Notice he doesn't cite any peer reviewed studies that demonstrate direct causation.

Which basically means you agree with him based on your feelings rather than actual empircal evidence. You can do that with a lot of empirically wrong things: "Biblically I agree the earth is only 6000 years old and evolution is a lie"

Yes because homophobic parents tend to be abusive to their gay children (again correlation, not causation). If you're gonna still argue otherwise, I'll give you a good counterexample. Did you know when ice cream sales go up, crime actually goes up? By your flawless reasoning that must mean eating ice cream causes people to commit more crime right? Or perhaps there's other factors you're not accounting for (the heat causes people to both simultaneously become more more angry and violent and consume ice cream. Do you see why this is a bad way to make an argument?

That's not a "study" that's cherry picked examples that fits the person's preconcieved bias. Do you not understand the difference?

Yes there's a lot of data that backs up that homophobic parents are abusive to their LGBT children. I've already addressed this several time.
