For the record, until a few months ago, Disney was supposed to have a Blade movie coming out in November. Once that was moved to 2024, it meant that Disney no longer had any big movies for the last quarter of the year, apart from Wish. Blade's release date was moved in October of last year. Weird that the same studio didn't just immediately come to the conclusion you're suggesting and immediately move The Marvels into that slot. I’d imagine there were likely internal debates over it. It still doesn’t mean they have no faith in the movie. |

No matter the reason, nobody made this decision unilaterally. 'No faith' was admittedly hyperbole on my part, but clearly they were concerned about something. If I had to venture a guess that doesn't assume something negative, I'd say they were trying to avoid audience fatigue. With GOTG 3 coming out in May, and interest in the MCU waning a bit, maybe a longer break between flicks makes more sense. This could've been hearsay when I posted it last year, but it's not a good look for a film being postponed four months, this close to its release date. |

They're releasing the Indiana Jones movie this Summer, aren't they? Why would they want two of their big movies this year to compete with each other? Why are you guys making excuses? You think they didn't realize the schedule when these things were first announced? Come on. That Indy date has been set for a while, but they waited until now to push The Marvels back to November? Echo and Ironheart have also been delayed apparently. Similarly with Agatha's show Good, those shows arent needed. Waste of effort and time imo |

If they put Hulk or Dr Strange or even War Machine or Falcon Cap as a secondary character they would make a profitable film. Instead they put Ms Marvel in there. What were they thinking?
