Not very imaginative. ‘Lets have Babu Frik, and Grogu grabs him like he’s a toy and Babu Frik says ‘Bad baby!’. I mean it wasn’t bad but it just seems like that scene was one of the most obvious things to do. Babu Frik, the most popular new character from ROS (only popular character from ROS) with the toygenic Grogu. I don’t feel that creative writers are behind this or anything Disney and haven’t been for years.

Another decent episode. Still came in under 40 minutes but at least it wasn't 32. I'm not sure what we're supposed to be looking forward to because he redeemed himself in the second episode. Now what?

Now what? I guess he and Bo-Kata and other Mandalorian's will try to retake Mandalore from the Alamites and whoever or whatever that cyborg thing is. |

We thinking the whole redemption thing was a misdirection to hide the real conflict to start back up with Thrawn?
Seems like they’ve been wanting to introduce him, and with Ezra set to appear with Ahsoka in her show coming up anyway, I wouldn’t be shocked if they try to establish him in this season.

Can’t humans on Earth do that? Is everyone in the Star Wars universe besides Kiminoans behind humankind in regards to cloning technology?

Remember when they put an episode of Mando into the Boba Fett Show? This almost felt like an episode of Andor in the middle of a Mando season. I liked it, though.

Are they Andor characters or do you mean the show reminds you of an Andor ep? I haven’t seen Andor so I wouldn’t know. Interesting marketing strategy if that’s what they’re doing. Watch every episode of this this or you’ll miss an episode of that. That will incentivise viewers to sit through the more crappy Disney shows. |

I really don't like this episode. I was excited at first because you could tell it was the first episode in a long time that actually had a budget. But holy crap, man. Fuck this guy and fuck this girl and fuck this whole storyline. This is the first Mando episode I really considered not finishing. Good god it was boring.
