knew you were a Brit and probably some species of northerner. Educational standards have slipped to a shocking degree, haven't they? Children aren't taught to use a dictionary, and sadly very few homes even contain a comprehensive Latin grammar these days. Adeptus is the past participle of the verb adipiscor. You could probably have looked that up for yourself, but I have saved you the bother. It is a deponent verb, which is mildly interesting if that is the sort of thing you're interested in. Northerner? Lol. Couldn't be further from the truth. Badass tough as nails southerner here. 💪 The vibe I get of you from the rest of your post however is that you're a prejudiced, arrogant, obnoxious, conceited, humourless little toerag. Great personality you have there...

Monicah🌺
My own beliefs are based solidly in the teachings in Judaism and Catholicism. I study Tanakh under Rabbi Berman. I am a Third Order Carmelite. I studied Theology with the Jesuits at St. Peter's University for four years. I am still studying scripture. Hardly my "own" beliefs. True and that is why there are over 40,000 types of protestantism. I don't think you could be both a Carmelite and a Jesuit... or at least not at the same time? :/ And I'm confused on how a Carmelite could be Jewish? :/ btw my point still stands that you're only speaking your own beliefs.. even though I dont really get what your point was lmao sorry😂

You can NOT---I said I am a Third Order Carmelite trained by the Jesuits. Huge difference, honey.
I stated that I studied Judaism with a Rabbi for my own academic benefit; I never claimed to be Jewish. St. Edith Stein converted from Judaism and became a Carmelite nun as a Catholic. You read like you know nothing (lmao) about your family's religion.

Baby, I compare you to a kiss from a rose on the gray / Ooh, the more I get of you, the stranger it feels yeah / Now that your rose is in bloom / A light hits the gloom on the gray. ... There used to be a greying tower alone on the sea.

His characters did not attract catholics they attracted hippies inspired in a hippie bog in the depths of England still infested with hippies to this day. What attracted the catholic was the idol. God is very clear we are not to make idols and defines what an idol is in excessive detail. Excessive for any normal person who'd get it from a single reading of the first descriptive verse that is. Inadequate for papist demoniacs but you'd know all about those I suppose once you get the pantheon in your bowels and heap up filthy lucre your world view gets pretty distorted where idols are concerned.
EZEKIEL 7 . KJV . look up
19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.
20 As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in majesty: but they made the images of their abominations and of their detestable things therein: therefore have I set it far from them.

Now you're just getting blatantly political. In my time I've known many Democrats who were both Christians and gun owners, but hey, anything that perpetuates the stereotype that you want perpetuated is a good thing, right?

That whole "partial cut/paste in title, full cut/paste in body" posting style really sells the heartfelt and genuine nature of this post.

We recently revealed the World that the Pope, Mr. Frances, is not a Catholic but a Muslim. Now, with the Great World Tour in Preparation for Jesus' Second Coming by President Trump, new, shocking evidence emerges. Not only is the Pope a Jihadist, but the whole Catholic Church now follows the Sharia Law: an Islamistic legislation that was supposedly the law of the land in Arabia felix. It is not. We shall soon see how the Visit of President Trump has started the process of making the Saudis True Christiansâ„¢ and how the Vatican is now irrevocably lost. We knew it.

God wouldn't have been able to forgive those sins unless he had sent himself down to Earth, incarnated in the form of his own son, in order to be tortured for aforementioned sins. Even though God's design flaw was the cause of those sins in the first place. And God getting himself tortured guarantees that we will be able to sin forever more without consequence, because him getting himself tortured was a way of forgiving those sins in advance of them occurring. Christians - how do you rate that for Christian theology in a nutshell? .5/10 derivative, lowest common denominator, and without a lot of understanding.
