The Lighthouse (2019) 2 men maintaining an isolated lighthouse (Willem Dafoe, Robert Pattinson) increasingly get on each others nerves and at least 1 of them goes a bit insane. It's well rated (7.5) and the B&W cinematography and acting are good, but, in spite of this, I was bored during long stretches and I kind of missed the point of the ending. 5/10

Had an Italian zombie night, introducing some zombie classics to someone who'd never seen them before. Zombie (1979) HOW did they film that shark vs. zombie scene??? City of the Living Dead (1980) a.k.a. The Gates of HellThought this was City of the Walking Dead (1980), which I'd seen before and wanted to see again. Turns out I was accidentally having a Lucio Fulci double-bill. I hadn't seen this at all before, but I think you can see why I got confused. City of the Walking Dead (1980) a.k.a. Nightmare CityA plane full of pissed off zombies go on a killing spree, using knives and machetes and their own teeth. Great!

I have to ask, what did you think of this one? It's looks really absurd but I'm wondering if there is any redeeming value that would make it worth a look.

Not the slightest redeeming factor in it. That's pretty much what I thought. Thanks!
