Interesting. I wonder if Brexit has partnered with Covid, in adding to the increased cost-of-living, and the "supply chain" woes.
If all goes well, I'll be gathering with some friends in England, Scotland and Ireland (republic of), in the fall. We'd hate to see no pubs.

I used to work for the subsidiary of a British company based in a small town near Oxford. It always amazed me how a town that size could sustain six pubs.
