So this the new movie by the acclaimed Japanese director Hirokazu Kore-eda. The film recently premiered at the film festival of Cannes.
When her young son Minato starts to behave strangely, his mother feels that there is something wrong. Discovering that a teacher is responsible, she storms into the school demanding to know what's going on. But as the story unfolds through the eyes of mother, teacher and child, the truth gradually emerges.
Cool. I don't know it but I just got Shoplifters (2018) which I've been looking forward to for a while, and it's directed by the same guy. I'll keep an eye out for this next film if all goes well with Shoplifters, which I reckon it will so I'm not worried.
