Since we've talked about the LOTR films and the eagles, why didn't the eagles carry Bilbo and the dwarves to the Lonely Mountain after rescuing them in An Unexpected Journey for the Hobbit films?
The only thing I can think of is you wouldn't want the eagles making noise upon approach to the mountain (like with a loud bird cry which they make during the rescue). Smaug would end up waking up (if asleep) and be alerted to their presence. The idea of getting into the mountain is to do it quietly without Smaug awake like Bilbo does in Desolation of Smaug.

Star Trek II - If the Enterprise can't escape the Reliant or the crew can't beam aboard and stop the Genesis device, why not destroy the Reliant and thus get rid of Khan and the Genesis device? Or would destroying the Reliant cause the Genesis device to explode from the explosion?

Not really a plot hole but - In Goodfellas, Jimmy and Henry go to prison because the guy they roughed up in Florida has a sister working as a typist for the FBI. How does that lead to their incarceration? Cuz he told her what happened and she had a direct line to the FBI.

Halloween (1978) Mikey Myers is in a loony bin from the age of 10. Yet, when he escapes, he knows how to drive. i doubt anyone taught him I always thought it was odd people single that out but not that he can lift grown men into the air with one hand or refuse to die. Everything about him is supposed to be illogical and unexplainable. He's the Boogeyman.

Or would destroying the Reliant cause the Genesis device to explode from the explosion? Are you referring to the actual battle or after Khan activated the device? Of the former, I guess Kirk was intent to get the device undamaged. Of the latter, then you probably answered the question, considering the Torpedo was now a Live weapon.

He tries to get on and it starts to tip over. It shouldn’t have There was room It doesn't fully tip over, but it does submerge into death ice water... so yeah, save the girl on a dry raft or lounge together in ice water.

Movie made it look like that It's not tipping, it's submerging. Like a pool floaty with an extra person on it - it'll support a duo, yet 80-100% of the thing will be below water level. The plot hole would've been if ice water soaked with zero energy after the sinking trauma, the both would've survived.

A couple days now & I can't think of any bothersome ones in good movies, without googling pages & pages of stuff, which is just as well.
I know the Raiders of the Lost Ark submarine is a common one, I guess I just assume Indy managed inside somehow, &/or the thing never submerged.
As for the LOTR eagles, I think I'd read that they were both highly detectable by Sauron & they likely were too overwhelmed to be near the One Ring - hell, Gandalf & Galadriel couldn't even hold the thing & they're super beings. I think that gets overlooked - the One Ring's power had least sway over a Hobbit like Frodo.

Back to the Future
We easily overlook the biggest crater from a beloved time travel classic. Marty clearly played a big role in getting his parents together in their past, when he returns to the present 30 years later they don't recognize what did in their past. It's almost as if his present self didn't meddle with the fabric of time to unite his future mom and dad.

Friday the 13th Part 2 - how did Jason know where Alice lived in order to kill her? That one is odd, especially as the series goes on and Jason proves to be pretty aimless. Hard to picture him browsing the yellow pages. Of course, Friday 2 is built on a plothole: suddenly Jason survived his drowning and was living in the woods all this time? Who saw him drown if the counselors weren't paying attention, how did he survive, and what convinced everyone he was dead? How did no one find him and why did he exile himself?
