Interesting argument made by Captain Midnight.

Too late. If Secret Wars is going to be MCU & Sony fighting the bad guys, I'm already out.

I love how fickle "fans" are. The man gives us nothing but joy for years and then after a little mediocrity you turn on him.

More like "The Milk is a little lukewarm" and "the bread isn't quite AS sweet" and you turn on him.

More like "The Milk is a little lukewarm" and "the bread isn't quite AS sweet" and you turn on him. I haven't turned on him. I'm just pointing out the stupidity of your argument, as always. "The product isn't as good as it used to be, that's no reason to complain. I don't need it to maintain its quality to continue enjoying it." Good for you, I guess. It's clear to the majority of fans that the MCU has taken a turn for the worse, and one suggestion to straighten it out would be new leadership. I don't think we're there yet, but I understand the sentiment.

No mercy, no appreciation, just ingratitude from us over a very insignificant thing." That's what you're saying.

I do feel Superhero fatigue is real and happening much like with Westerns 50 years ago actually.

If things don't improve something will have to be done.
If the root of the problem is that there's too much on his plate then either drastically limit it so it's not overwhelming him or give him someone who can help run the show, so it's not just on one guy.

I mean they should start being more daring, how nice would that be to have a superhero movie with actual dramatic stakes.

Every time the studio takes chances, people complain. Look at Eternals. That move took a ton of chances, and I liked it a lot. But it's arguably the least liked MCU film by the general public.
