This is not a joke!
Last week on the Jim Bakker Show, host and famed televangelist Jim Bakker did his usual condemnation of President Trump’s critics. But did you know that the Manchester terror attacks were linked to the closing of the Ringling Brothers Circus? Neither did I. “The same day President Trump arrived in the Mid-East, something happened,” Bakker said. “Something happened after 146 years. Would that be epic?
From Right Wing Watch:
Bakker blamed the Ringling Brothers closure on a nonexistent national law banning elephants from the circus—while a few cities have barred circus workers from using bullhooks, there is no national law against performing elephants—which he contrasted with the legalization of abortion.
The closure of the circus company due to the supposed elephant ban, he said, is a sign from God because the elephant is also the symbol of the Republican Party. Like the circus losing its elephants, he implied, America will fall if it loses Trump.
“The circus is over,” Bakker concluded. “Life as we know it, unless we turn back to God, it’s not going to be fun anymore.”
The TrumpTards are getting nuttier, scarier, and funnier with each passing day - and none so much as the religious "right."

Jim Bakker only speaks for himself. But you knew that anyway didn't you idiot. Jim Bakker speaks for a large audience who, like himself, has married 19th anti-science Christian Fundamentalism with a 21st century extreme right-wing population controlling agenda. In many ways he is not to be taken seriously as I indicated in the O.P. but in others the crazy things he believes are more widespread than a lot of people would like to think.
