There are no 'easier games' in a Matt Garth contest!
There must have been. Bat used to get occasional scores.. even a DDC once back in the mists of time.
These new ones are terrific fun to "watch" when I sneak off to "get a drink of water".
Edit: 21 Hours from the starting gun ! Cool !

Congrats to Staccato and all the other survivors🏁🏆
I am am sure some sort of record was set with this game. I have seen them last longer, but this one was tough. I think I set a personal record for the number of times it took to solve Van Heflin. (Since Van and I graduated from the same high school, I feel it is my duty to do my best to match him.)
I hope everyone one lives to play another day!

Staccato rode in like the High Plains Drifter and burned the town down. Nicely done. I woke up in the middle of the night with my lamp on and my fingers on my iPad playing this game. Thank you Matt for ushering me into the Land of Nod.
p.s. Your answer list on page 1 lists Charlize Theron as one of Peter Sellers' wives. She was 5 years old when he died. I wasn't aware that he had taken his Lolita act to such an extreme level.

The GG will henceforth be known as the Gaffe Games.

All right all right -- I meant Geoffrey Rush who played Peter Sellers! That was posted after 21 straight hours of fielding answers from every direction. So sue me! Wait a minute, on second thought don't sue me -- GG's attorney Sid said we would lose. He says Quiz gaffes are libelous.

Are you kidding me? This game has continued until nearly 3 hours ago? WOW. After I left the game I watched our National Day fireworks, went to bed, woke up, went to work, done some grocery shopping, made and ate dinner, and came back to see how everything went....I guess I should be very happy with my 3 points.

Nostalgia for Aussie Nightmare for Garth Man up, boyo. It's all blood under the bridge now. I think what made the game so frustrating was that there were so many possible solutions for so many of the actors. I know I went through Jane Fonda, Natalie Wood, Helen Mirren, Emma Thompson, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Barbra Streisand -- an activity I would have thoroughly enjoyed before I married the lovely Mrs. Mc, if you catch my meaning -- before hitting on the right combo (Babs and Emma) for Bob Redford's movie wives. I'm glad the games are challenging, but it becomes vexing when there are so many "right" answers and quite a few obscure films, at least obscure to me.
