Where I am, I’m rather behind with all those shows you mentioned. Aside from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Gotham, I first get to watch each new season when they’re released here on DVD/Blu-ray (we’re nearly finished with AoS, whereas we’re way behind with Gotham). I’ve watched up to:
The end of Arrow Season 4 on Blu-ray
The end of The Flash Season 2 on Blu-ray
The end of Legends of Tomorrow Season 1 on Blu-ray
About halfway through Supergirl Season 1 on Blu-ray
Almost the end of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 4 on TV
The end of Gotham Season 2 on TV
The end of iZombie Season 1 on DVD
If I had to rank them, solely based on how much I enjoy them, it’d probably be:
Supergirl Legends of Tomorrow Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. iZombie Gotham Arrow The Flash
The shows ranked lower on my list are ones that I might’ve liked more if it wasn’t for the fact that there’s at least one character in each of them who drags the whole show down for me (whereas the ones listed at the top have no characters I dislike in them...at least not so far).

1. The Flash - It has been consistently good, though I will be happy to see a non speedster-who-is-really-a-friend-hidden-amongst-them season. 2. Legends of Tomorrow - Season 1 was rough. But I think there is an argument to be made that season 2 was the strongest of all the CW shows. 3. Supergirl - Melissa Benoist is charming as anything, and it has a great representation of Martian Manhunter. Lena was a nice addition this season, though they really need to fix Jimmy. 4. Agents of SHIELD - The most inconsistent for me. Some moments are amazing, and it has the strongest characters of any show, but it can swing wildly between amazing and dull. 5. Arrow - It's only this low because seasons 3 and 4 had serious dips in quality across the board. 6. iZombie - I love this show. I almost made it #1, but I realized it is just that it's top of mind. But the tone, characters, performances are all top notch. 7. Gotham - As much as I like this, and think that the depictions of Penguin, Riddler, Alfred and Bullock are ones that will be held up as true highlights, it is just soooooooo inconsistent. It's like the inverse of SHIELD. Where SHIELD is a lot of fantastic peppered with dull, Gotham is a lot of dull peppered with fantastic. Of all of these, this is the one that sits unwatched on my DVR the longest.

1. iZombie: The best show on the CW and the one I regularly look forward to each week. 2. Arrow: I'm amazed I have this at number 2, it was actually better than the Flash this season though that isn't saying much. 3. The Flash: I still like the show, but it's going further downhill with each passing season. If Barry is really gone I'm dropping the show. 4. Supergirl: A good show gone bad because of a need to appease SJW's. I will not be watching the third season. 5. Legends of Tomorrow: A terrible show that exists only to appease SJW's. I cannot believe I watched the second season. I won't watch the third. 6. Agents of SHIELD: Awful show I couldn't make it past the first season. 7. Gotham: Awful show I couldn't make it past the first season.
