I see there are 4 Bundesliga matches tonight, including Schalke v BM.

Someone tell Hasenhüttl it's not a good idea to rotate on nine positions.
Boah, that defense is pure chaos.

Honestly this is over the top. If you're gonna rotate eight out of ten outfield players including the entire defense, why rotate the goalkeeper on top of it, too? What the hell is he thinking.

Keeping the major players fit for the next CL game? I was never a friend of this idea. Take these games as an opportunity to have the experience and training value of a competetive game. Train less if needed. And as for injuries: Dembeble showed us once more that also training lessons can cause major injuries.

Don't know what the doctors ordered him but I can't imagine it was to rest the goalkeeper.

And that goal would never have happened with Upamecano. Crazy how he's already the best defender at 18 y/o.

But only "punctually", in order to give one or two players some rest if needed, to try some new combinations or alternatives, to give other players some experience from a competitive games, to quell potential dissastisfaction within the team...I'm sure you can also add a lot of reason. But rotation as an end in itself...

Maybe after this game Wontorra will finally believe that Rangnick doesn't dictate the line-ups. Maybe they'll have to adapt Belastungssteuerung a bit, too.
Emil in, let's see if that helps.

Well, crap. This one falls into the category "or we learn", especially for Hasi.

Köln losing again, at home vs Frankfurt this time... they're beginning to look like relegation candidates.
Hasenhüttl btw. said he had no choice but to rotate on nine positions - a rotation of that extent happened last 31 years ago in the Bundesliga. Still don't get why he would have had no choice, one player suspended and another two with minor injuries doesn't force you to rotate nine. Sounds like orders from the medical department.

Relegation would be the fair punishment for daring to represent the Bundesliga on the European stage. Disgusting.

Looks like a goal feast again between Mainz and 1899. 21 minutes, three goals already. Come on, Hoffe.
And Leverkusen down 2 in Berlin already, although they don't even play that badly.

Hannover and Augsburg en route for the CL...this league has become really a joke. Yeah - too early to call, but...
There is us, the BVB and the rest is meh.

You'll have to give that small but aspiring East German club a little more time. The 2nd season in the top flight was always going to be difficult. But they'll get there, have no doubts about that.

*hehe I guess it will be sufficient for the Europa League...maybe even Champions League if the club reacts firmly in the winter break. Could be a wake up season for Uli and Kalle...maybe even a goodbye one.
