The last thing I ate for breakfast, which was about 24 hours ago (my insomnia yet again), was a Kraft peanut butter sandwich, a vegemite and processed cheese sandwich, a Cottee's blackberry jam sandwich, and a can of Coca-Cola. Hey, I was very hungry at the time.
What did your last breakfast consist of?

Bought my first package of real bacon in about 20 years 3 weeks ago, and only recently opened it.
Slice of Dave's Good Seed Bread toasted with a bit of smoked gouda with 2 slices of microwaved Nature's Rancher uncured bacon. Banana some cucumber dipped in garlic hummus some handfuls of roasted unsalted sunflower seeds 3 1/2 cups of coffee

if you qualify 'breakfast' as something eaten shortly after waking up then it's probably been 50 or so years and my guess would be cold cereal

Muelsi with milk, I pretty much hate all shop bought muesli so I make up my own, a batch lasts me 2-3 weeks and takes about 10 mins to make. The base is usually jumbo oats with rye, millet and barley flakes, then I add nuts which I break up a little in a pestle and mortar such as almonds, brazils, pecans etc. Some seeds get chucked in, sesame, chia, sunflower, pumpkin etc. (Toasting some of the nuts and seeds like the pumpkin seeds and almonds make it really tasty).
Then what I think makes it really good is a bit of fruit just to add sweetness and balance things out and bring it all together, I hate currants/sultanas etc. in my muesli, I can eat a handful of them and love them, but just hate them in muesli for some reason! So I use a nutribullet blender with the seed grinding attachment, I add some wheatgerm and bran as they are a fine, dry, dust basically and add a few dates, prunes and/or figs and whizz them into a powder, if you get the balance right it will be a nice sweet free running powder that mixes through your muesli easily, trick is to not add too much fruit as then it clumps up.
I don't have a set recipe, it constantly changes and evolves but I like to think it's relatively healthy to some degree!

A chunk of Publix Bakery sourdough baguette, smeared w/ Olive Oil Earth Balance, that was tossed in a toaster oven at 350*F for 8 minutes, & of course the usual Perrier water.
Have to have a fizzy drink in the mornings... burns away all the scratchiness in my throat that I tend to wake up w/.
